Drop-off Refining at Elemetal Locations

  • With walk-in service, you can drop off your refining lot and have payment for karat scrap, sterling silver, or bullion products in one to two hours or less

  • Bring your refining lot to your nearest location

  • Locations are open to service your refining needs 9:00-5:00 (Monday-Friday)

  • Upon approval, call Customer Service (1-469-522-1111) to have our representatives create and email you a digitized Packing Form and provide complementary UPS shipping supplies

  • Optional: Let Customer Service know if you’d like to lock in your spot price prior to shipping

  • Elemetal will request a UPS pick-up from your retail or office location on your behalf at a time you specify

  • Your package will be sent safely and securely with complimentary insurance
